Nothing bothers you. Everything is at rest. Silence everywhere. That is the secret of a snowshoe hike. Only the trail and traces of nature. It's exciting. It is different. It calms. It is winter. It's called snowshoeing.
Tracks in the snow
You can be very comfortable. Then we recommend the tour to the Furtalm. If it takes a little longer, then hike to the Kofler Almen or even to the snow-covered Kofler lakes. Both highly recommended tours.
Deeper and deeper into winter
With a little understanding of the laws of winter, some avalanche knowledge and good tips from us, you can also climb towards Klamml if the conditions are right. We will support you as best we can.
Ever higher
Snowshoe tours are sometimes also an alpine discipline. It is therefore entirely possible to climb to the Kasseler Hut and from there climb the Magerstein, which is over 3,000 meters high and is almost exclusively reserved for ski tourers in winter. Until a few come along on snowshoes.
