Italy meets Tyrol: An encounter with charm and enjoymentWhen Italy and Tyrol meet each other in the kitchen, two culinary worlds merge into an unusually harmonious whole. There are connoisseurs who say it is a magical symphony of aromas and flavors.
And indeed, here is the playful lightness of Italian cuisine and the down-to-earth strength of South Tyrolean cooking traditions. Dumplings and Schlutzkrapfen here, pasta and risotto there. Tiramisu that flows on the plate and apple strudel, the slice of which is, for some lovers, the best piece of the whole thing.
This is how Italy and South Tyrol play together through our cuisine. Until it is finally carefully combined and served on your plate.
